TOKYO - Some 88.8% of workers in Japan feel that the summer heat negatively affects their motivation to do their work, according to a survey by a private research institute.
Research body of consulting firm Laibo Inc. based in Tokyo, conducted an online survey of people's work styles over the summer between July 26 and 31 and received responses from 743 people aged 20 to 50.
